Freya Products partnered with Aktiv to reset and rebuild their Odoo foundation from the ground up. After facing significant issues with their existing Odoo SH v15 environment, especially around their Android ordering app integration, they sought a fresh start on Odoo v18, retaining only the connector essential to their mobile ordering workflow.

Aktiv is working with Freya Products to conduct structured requirements gathering, analyze their multi-company needs, and design an implementation plan that unifies operations, simplifies processes, and supports their long-term business roadmap.
